1953, where she was raised by her grandmother. In Brazil, Anna was enrolled
in a British school, and eventually attended the University of London, where
she attained her degree in Languages and British Literature. After graduating,
she worked for Alitalia and Swissair, allowing her to see most of the world,
though never taking her to Australia, which she longs to visit. She has lived in
the United States since 1973, where she held jobs as various as legal secretary
and hotel purser before accepting a position at American Services and
Products in 2010. Anna is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French.

Oscar Bueso came to the company in 2008 with more than a decade of
experience in logistics and import/export. One of his main areas of expertise is
ensuring the safe and timely transport of goods by air. He also has vast
knowledge of the customs regulations and administrative procedures of the
nations the company works with, most especially in Latin America. Before
American Services and Products, Oscar worked for Intertek Testing Services
and Virgin Atlantic Airways. Born in Honduras, he is married with two
children and has lived in Miami for the past 23 years.

Varig Brazilian Airlines (Brazil), Nortel Networks (U.S.) and Second
Chance Body Armor (U.S.), where he was International Sales and Logistics
Manager. He has been married to his wife Vivian for 21 years and has

photography, basketball, and lap swimming, and continues to aspire toward
a mastery of the Spanish language. Having grown up in Chicago during the
1990s, he holds the Chicago Bulls' duo of Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen
in special reverence.

lieutenants and sergeants. For the past 10 years, he has volunteered with
the Miami Police Department, where he was named vice-president of
citizen security for two consecutive terms. His security knowledge and
expertise was formed in the finest federal crime-prevention schools, among
them the Florida Institute for the Prevention of Crime.
